The application for a long-term student visa to the Czech Republic must be submitted at the embassy in person.

  • Photographs: Two copies (size 3.5 by 4.5 cm)
  • English language proficiency test IELTS, TOEFL or equivalent test score
  • Documents confirming your purpose of application: Admission letter
  • A proof of financial resources or funds: Bank account statement ,Bank certificate or confirmation of being the beneficiary of a grant)
  • Proof of available accommodation
  • An abstract from the criminal records register- Police clearance certificate
  • International Medical Health insurance policy from a Czech insurance company.

  • Statement of purpose - motivation letter
  • Recommendation letter at least two from academic or professional institution
  • Marriage certificate
  • Birth certificate

DOCUMENTS FOR VALIDATION OF FOREIGN STUDIES

  • Original copy of their high school, diploma, or degree certificate
  • Original copy of mark sheet of the high school ,diploma or degree certificate
  • Study plan/transcript from their school
